• All orders placed with WrightImageUK are in acceptance of our terms and conditions of business.
• COPYRIGHT
  By placing an order with our company, the customer declares his/her right to reproduce the image provided under copyright law. The customer is solely liable for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by a third party.
• ESTIMATES
  Estimates are valid for no more than 30 days from the original date of the estimate.
• ORDERS
  WrightImageUK offers a variety of services, if your choice differs from that which we think is appropriate WrightImageUK will advise you before proceeding with the order. The order/change must be confirmed in writing and a contact telephone number is required with each order.
• DELIVERY
  WrightImageUK will do its best to complete orders within the specified time, however cannot accept liability for late delivery of orders. The customer does not have the right to cancel an order due to delays.
• DESPATCH
  Goods are sent at the customer's own risk.
• LIABILITY
  WrightImageUK will not accept liability above the cost of the customer's original material. If this has an inherent value beyond that of the material itself then it is assumed that the customer has taken out the appropriate insurance cover before despatch.
• COlOURS
  Exact colour matching is not Guaranteed at any time due to the limitations of the materials and processes.
• PRICES
  WrightImageUK reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for urgent work or work carried out outside of business hours.
• HOURS OF BUSINESS
  Monday to Friday 7:00am-6:30pm
• CLAIMS
  Any claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order. Orders damaged must be kept with their original packing for inspection.
• PAYMENT
  Orders are on a strictly cash or cheque basis, accompanying your order. Cheques must be signed and dated and include your valid bankers card number and address on the reverse. All payments are in advance and are subject to our approval. Cheques should be made payable to -P.WRIGHT-.
• REFUNDS
  Unless otherwise stated, refunds cannot be made once an order has begun processing.
